2.    OS Preparation, IP configuration and join domain

  2-1.   Computers set up

                                                     2-1-1.     Install Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Datacenter on SCCM16DC01 then assign a static IP address (192.168.10.1/24).

                                                2-1-2.     Install Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 on SCCMDP as SCCM server then assign the IP address (192.168.10.10/24) and join the domain.

3.    Configuration on Domain Controller 

  3-1.   Add and Configure Domain Controller roles and features

Install ADDS (Active Directory Domain Services) and create domain names “JamesLab.com” to be a domain controller. Then add DNS and DHCP roles and features on it.

  3-2.   Creating the System Management Container

To do this is for assigning SCCM server computer account has the permission to create objects and full control permission under the system container “System Management”

  3-4.   Extending Active Directory Schema via running “extadsch.exe”

                                                     3-4-1.     After running the command successfully also verify from the log file
